Birthday: November 9, 1988
Class: 3-2
Rank: 29 (tested in at 50 in 1-3)
Clubs: Writing & Journalism & Occult

Other Likes: nothing. (cats, poetry (TS ELIOT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE), gothic architecture, Ragnarok Online, Italy, anonymity)
Other Dislikes: everything. (coffee, crappy emo punk bands, crowds, cities, being touched, idiots, RO noobs who will not leave her the fuck alone on the forums, feeling cornered or understood, Amata Fucking Soto)
Languages Known: Russian, German, English, Japanese, Italian (in descending order of proficiency)
Family: Mother (50), Father (60 and in failing health), older brother 1 (Ivan, 26), older brother 2 (Ilya, 24)
Appearance: Small and short, Nadia still has some baby fat on her arms and legs. She has a round face and is quite soft and pale. Her hair is an ashy sort of natural platinum, and she often combs several of its choppy layers over her right eye. Speaking of eyes, hers are dark and quite nondescript, and set back quite far into her face, so she often tries to play them up with heavy makeup. Her lips are arguably her best feature, since they can portray so much emotion (yet, she's usually scowling). She chews on her cuticles a lot.
Visible Markings: Circular burn scar on her wrist, half-moon scar on the right side of her neck
Not readily visible Markings: three thin line scars on her right shoulder, a discolored birthmark under her right knee, a few scars on her ribs.
PB: Jac Vanek
Personality: Nadia doesn't need anyone.
No one has ever pretended to need Nadia or given her reason to need them, so Nadia does not make a habit out of a needing them at all.
She makes it perfectly clear that she does not need anyone. She doesn't make friends easily and those that she does she treats very poorly. Needless to say, she does not retain these friends for very long. She is not sympathetic and takes very little interest in other people's problems. She is the caustic bitch that everyone loves to hate on forums. Nadia is older than most of her peers, and she has been through a lot more. And she lords it over them like it is the most important thing in the world.
She plays a lot of computer games and has a Ragnarok Online account, but doesn't seem very dedicated to them, either.
In class, she keeps to herself and does her work silently.
She hate hate hate hate hates to be touched. If anyone invades her personal space she clams up, and if anyone dares touch her without notice, she will freak out loudly and violently.
She's not dumb, but her education is so erratic and lagging that sometimes Nadia seems to lack some basic comprehension. Her English is a little jagged, to boot, and though her writing is decent, she will occasionally drop a necessary article when speaking (ESPECIALLY when angry or upset). And them sometimes she butchers the language on purpose.
History: Nadia was born the third of three children, and was the only one her parents didn't really want (at least, according to Nadia. In truth, her parents ARE pretty selfish and really not-cut-out-for-it-at-all, but it's not as though they didn't WANT her).
As economics exploded and shifted in their homeland, Nadia's parents quickly became new money in the struggling country. Nadia grew up surrounded by reconstruction and change, and she quickly learned a valuable lesson on the lack of permanence in life. Her family bailed when the stock market crashed and Nadia was ten. Over the next six or seven years, they moved often, never staying in a country long enough to really put down roots. Somewhere along the road between east and west, her family had all but done away with gendered patronyms, with language, with history. Russia got farther and farther away...Then Germany...then anywhere, everywhere else.
Feeling a rift grow between her brothers and herself, Nadia herself became a wanderer, going between people and forming brief, haxardous relationships with them as well as a variety of substances.
Nadia liked Italy best, and it was there she met a much older vocational student. He proposed to her shortly into their relationship, and before they could be maried she found herself pregant. He broke up with her just before the family moved again this time - to Spain, a country that Nadia hates and tries to avoid like the plague.
She miscarried, eventually, and that put a stop to most things.
She began keeping to herself, locking herself in a room with poetry books and a computer and lots of faceless online games, alienating her own family.
Several factors heaped together put Nadia a few years behind her classmates (including the fact that her miscarriage left her bedridden for a while), but the rift was never very great. By the time she was ready to enter high school, Nadia's family lived in Switzerland and Nadia was back to a "run away" cycle of her life. Boarding school. For the win.
In the end, she was less than overjoyed to go to Second Heaven, but it's far enough away that she's glad she no longer has to deal with the problem of anyone knowing her
Still lagging behind a bit in her school work, she tested into Second Heaven by the very skin of her teeth, falling in the bottom ten of the class. Over the next year, however, she found herself climbing the ranks, with nothing better to do.
Now in her third year, Nadia has found that she has no idea where she'll run off to next, once the walls of the school no longer accept her.
Nadia bites the hand that feeds -
